Ordering from us
We are the only company offering genuine Stomp, WPB & Thumpstar parts. All of our parts are sourced directly from the Stomp factory.
Payment
Our website offers 3 different options for payments.

- Paypal pay in 3
- Credit/Debit Card
Unfortunately we are not able to take payment over the phone although an invoice can be generated with a payment link and sent out via email if payment cannot be completed through the above options.
Delivery
Stomp Parts Delivery Information
We pride ourselves on same day dispatch. If you order before 12 noon, in 99% of cases, your item will be shipped on the same day using Royal Mail tracked 48 hour delivery (mainland UK only not guaranteed). We have a team of dedicated staff in our warehouse who will make sure your item leaves us as quickly as possible. If in 4 working days your item has not arrived, please call us to check it’s status. If we know of any problem we will usually email you.
Once your item has been dispatched – you will typically receive an email letting you know it’s left our warehouse & when to expect it.
StompParts.com are glad to be able to offer delivery options throughout most of the world including UK, Ireland & further afield into Europe.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your purchase to us if there is an issue with the product.
We can be contacted by email (stompparts@gmail.com) to discuss returns.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it (the item must also be in the original packaging).
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive returned goods, we will inspect them and notify you. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s/paypal policies.

Shipping
– The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
– Shipping costs are non refundable.
– If postage on the item is free. There is still a cost associated with the postage of the item. If you return the item the postage cost will be deducted from the purchase price before refund is issued.
Warranty
Off road parts come without warranty unless stated in the description or have arrived damaged/faulty. If a product arrives damaged or faulty you have up to 14 days after delivery to claim for a refund or replacement.
Owners Responsibility
It is the owners responsibility to ensure the product they have purchased is fitted correctly. Any damage caused during installation will not be covered under warranty. If you are unsure if the product is correct for your bike or how to install it please contact use for assistance.
